As a harassed Gary ignores Rick’s calls, he finishes Mary’s guttering but lies that further repairs are needed as a matter of urgency. Mary hires Gary leaving him riddled with guilt. Later, Gary is appalled when Rick pushes him to con the residents of an assisted living complex into taking out high interest loans. Back on the street, Gary struggles further with his conscience when Rick accosts Alex about a loan. He tries to intervene, but Rick wants him that Sarah and Harry will suffer if he doesn’t play ball.
Meanwhile, Carla’s emotional as she leaves another voicemail for Rana, asking her to ring back. Peter apologises to Kate for blaming her for the messages and requests her help identifying the real culprit. Kate agees, but only for Rana’s sake, and asks Alya for help. Later, Carla covers the webcam on her laptop, fearing she’s being spied on. Peter’s bewildered by her increasingly erratic behaviour, but Carla thinks he’s been brainwashed. Carla’s paranoia grows when she overhears Rick’s whispered threats to Gary in the backyard of No.1.
Elsewhere, Toyah’s relieved to see Imran making progress, but when Imran collars Wayne for news of the accident report, it’s clear Rana’s death is still very much on his mind. Daniel looks on with pride as an emotional Sinead rings the bell signifying the end of her treatment. When Daniel suggests a naming ceremony for Bertie Sinead likes the idea but predicts her family will expect a traditional christening.

Maya is alarmed Jacob tells her that he can’t keep lying to Liv and his dad. As Maya tries to deter Jacob from coming clean, she’s stunned when he ends their relationship.
Meanwhile, Liv tells Gabby she’s decided to sleep with Jacob tomorrow.
Elsewhere, Rhona relays a surprising offer; Jay calls a truce with Manpreet.

Diane gets a call from the hospital and is alarmed to discover that Lily has gone. Diane storms over to James’ flat to find Romeo. All the while, Romeo and Lily are hiding in the village.
Diane rushes in to The Dog to see if Prince has heard from either Romeo or Lily. He is furious once he finds out they’re on the run, and agrees to help find them.
Meanwhile, a doctor tells Farrah that Lily’s blood test results are back, and her wounds are infected, she has sepsis.
Hollyoaks, Wednesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.

Becky has been on a group exercise day and wants the staff of The Mill to feel the benefits of a team building exercise she did. She gathers them together at lunch time to take part in a ‘Privilege Walk’ where they either step forward or backwards depending on their answer to each statement. Sid is way out in front and Ayesha seems to be constantly taking steps back.
The game is met with hesitancy but Becky is convinced everyone will feel as though they’ve learnt more about each other from the exercise. Ayesha feels humiliated and tells Becky exactly what she got (or didn’t get) from the privilege walk. Becky realises she has hurt Ayesha.
