Acorn TV highlights for June sees new Jane Seymour series

As one series ends a new one begins…

The series four finale premieres on Monday, 2 June of Harry Wild.

The final episode in the current run of this Acorn TV Original Series sees Harry and Fergus face their most dangerous foe yet, when a callous assassin interrupts a wedding. In this fourth outing for our super sleuth, business couldn’t be better at the Wild/Reid Detective Agency as Harry (Seymour) and Fergus (Rohan Nedd) welcome an unexpected client.

Charlie Wild (Kevin Ryan) stars as the aforementioned client.

Elsewhere, Harry is hired by a friend and former wild child turned nun, Lola (Rose O’Neill), stumbles upon a dance school mystery and a Dublin literary tour takes a bloody turn and more.

Meanwhile, Fergus’ hopes of going to college at the same time as Lola are threatened when she gets an incredible offer to study abroad in this the sixth and last episode of series four.

Relative Secrets, an Acorn TV Original Series, launches on Monday, 2 June.

This all–new unscripted series, comprising of four-episodes, is hosted by acclaimed actress and star of Acorn TV’s Harry Wild, Jane Seymour.

Part true-crime and part genealogy, each episode in this suspenseful new series investigates an everyday American family’s darkest mystery, aiming to solve the mystery and explore how it shapes that family today.

Colourful characters, rich cultural context and dramatic twists and turns abound in every tale, each connecting the American family to their UK heritage. Along the way, the show meets charismatic heroes and terrifying villains, ranging from a 99-year-old World War II veteran who worries his absence led to the murder of his grandmother to the daughter of a serial killer desperate to carve out her own identity from her father’s sordid past and a mother who abandoned her three children to start a new secret life.

Host Seymour oversees the overall investigation in each episode, which is led by archaeologist Natasha Billson (The Great British Dig).
