Lucy Lawless – star of Xena: Warrior Princess – reprises her very different role as PI Alexa Crowe in this lovable crime drama from Down Under.

Alexa is aided by tech guru Madison (Ebony Vagulans), Cafe owner Reuben (Joe Naufahu), brother Will (Martin Henderson) and detective Harry (Rawiri Jobe). And cranky cat, Chowder is also pawing over the evidence…

Notable guest stars this series include comedian Bill Bailey ,in the sixth episode of the eight-part series, and Rodger Corser in the final two episodes of the run.

In the first episode of My Life is Murder, entitled ‘To Dye For‘, the storyline sees a wealthy socialite die in suspicious circumstances, leaving her entire fortune to her cat. To uncover the truth, Alexa investigates a heady world of high society gossip.
