After a conversation with Carl, Ronnie visits Debbie with a bottle of champagne and asks if she’ll have him back. Debbie refuses to entertain the idea, admitting she loves him but she’d rather he found happiness with someone else than be her carer. Will Ronnie be able to convince Debbie to get back together?

As James tells Todd he’s set himself up as a personal trainer, Theo’s jealousy is evident, and Millie forms a plan. Millie tells Todd that she’s booked him a training session with James to say sorry for her recent behaviour. Will Todd realise Millie is setting him up? Spotting Millie with a can of lager, Todd berates her for drinking whilst pregnant. When Millie begs him not to tell Theo, will Todd comply?

Maria finally receives a message from Gary telling her he’s staying with a mate, and he’ll be home soon. Also, Steve kisses Cassie and tells her claiming they’re an item now and he doesn’t care who knows it. But how does Tracy feel?

Lacey and Theo have finally reconnected, and she explains she’s been blaming herself for his injuries, but Theo insists they both made bad decisions. She also informs him she’s withdrawn her statement and is no longer testifying against Gage. But that doesn’t necessarily mean she’s safe, and Theo insists she stays with him at Bree’s apartment as long as she needs. In a moment alone, Theo confesses that he loves her – she reciprocates with a kiss.

While bodyguards are watching over all three of them, Sonny is desperate to see Dana and leaves the apartment to meet her on the beach. Dana’s concerned over their safety, but they have a bodyguard watching nearby. Sonny gets a text – Gage’s court case has been fast-tracked to tomorrow, and at the top of the beach, the River Boys who have been following Lacey observe Sonny and Dana’s every movement.

Harper’s furious with her sister – Dana dating someone that’s no good for her is history repeating, and it’s clear Dana’s already fallen for Sonny. Harper spirals with concern, and catches Tane up. He speaks up when he sees Dana and Sonny stumbling into the surf club together and they hear him out, agreeing it’s probably best to keep their distance. Dana heads alone to Salt, ready to order at the bar when a River Boy leans into her ear – your boyfriend better keep his mouth shut.

The three River Boys escort her downstairs but luckily Tane is there to intervene. Dana and Tane return home to Harper, but when Dana is gone the next morning Harper connects the dots fast – Dana’s gone to see Sonny.

Justin reports that Theo’s car is ready to be picked up, and he drops off suits for Theo and Sonny to wear to court. But when he realises Lacey’s also staying with them, his alarm bells ring, and he has to make Leah aware. Dana arrives to join Theo, Sonny and Lacey heading off to court, all feeling positive about the impending results, but as they drive off another car is in pursuit. It’s the same River Boys, hot on their trail and end a call confirming Gage’s orders: Nobody testifies.
