Having phoned his Mum, Seb tells Abi he wants them to move away and start afresh. However, he turns on her when she admits she failed at rehab. As Abi leaves, she tells Seb she also wants to run away. But their conversation is witnessed by a menacing Phelan.
A tipsy Kate and Sophie share a kiss as they return home from a night on the town. Sophie’s thrilled but when Rosie unwittingly lets slip about the kiss to Rana she’s gutted. Later, Kate tells Rana that she’s going to go and stay at Carla’s house to try and get her head together. Sophie and Rana look on sadly as Kate’s taxi pulls away.
Elsewhere, Sean moves in with Tyrone after being thrown out by Jude and Angie.

When Shirley sacks Whitney from the pub, Bex encourages her to revisit her T-Shirt business instead. Whitney thinks about it and later tells Bex that there might be an opportunity for her in Yorkshire meaning she’d have to leave the Square. However, she is brought back to earth with a bump when Tiffany turns up.
After taking an interest in one of Jack’s flats, a cash-strapped Masood taps his Aunt and Uncle for rent money as a deposit. However, Masood then encounters Carmel who’s after her deposit money back from the house. At the café, Ian winds Masood up but Masood brags about the success of his new business – ice cream.
Elsewhere, Karen bags an interview for a job at the launderette despite insulting the owner.

Laurel and Bob cover their hurt as they say they don’t want each other.
Later, Brenda reveals Heath hit Arthur when he was asked about Bob’s affair. Bob sees Brenda in a new light after she handles the situation well, and he vows to get her back.

Diane isn’t happy when Tony wants Harry to move back in with them. She gives Tony an ultimatum – he goes to the police about Harry and Amy, or she leaves.
Meanwhile, James and Harry are worried that Sami has overheard them talking about Amy. Later, DS Thorpe turns up at Tony’s flat to speak to Harry…

Heston tries to keep Ruhma calm as they wait for Rob in a Police Station Interview Room. Rob reveals that the woman they helped was an illegal immigrant, living in a house with other illegal immigrants. What were they doing there and how did they know Besa? They lie, badly, and so Rob suggests that they go home, think it over and call him when they’re ready to talk. However, he soon finds out the truth from Karen instead.
Meanwhile, Ruhma heads to visit Besa in hospital despite Heston’s protestations that she’ll be fine. However, after speaking to his lawyer friend Martin, Heston soon realises that Ruhma is right to be concerned.
