SoapWeek: Corrie

As the details of what happened at the lighthouse reach the residents of Weatherfield shock reverberates across the cobbles.

Meanwhile, Craig breaks the news to the Platts that Neil is lodging an appeal. David struggles with his own pain as he comforts Bethany and later can’t face being intimate with Shona. The police call round to see Bethany and are surprised that she already knows about Neil’s appeal. Craig is unhappy when he is told to take a break from work.

Elsewhere, Sophie goes for a job interview but is unsuccessful.

SoapWeek: EastEnders

Bernadette checks on a grieving Ted and offers to help him with the arrangements for Joyce’s funeral. When he admits that he hasn’t notified his children of the death yet, Bernie makes him realise that he must pluck up the courage.

Meanwhile, Sharon arranges a big family lunch in the hope of building bridges with Phil. Despite warnings from his mum, Hunter joins the Mitchells as Louise’s guest. Later, Mel is fuming to realise that Hunter has defied her and arrives to collect him – but with Sharon having secretly been drinking, the atmosphere soon turns frosty.

Elsewhere, Kat suggests to Stacey and Mo that they start a cleaning business.

SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Bob is left feeling jealous when he sees a man flirt with Laurel. He vents his frustrations at the café and ends up breaking a water pipe, getting himself soaked. When Laurel spots Bob, they soon end up kissing passionately.

Meanwhile, Rebecca invites everyone round for lunch to say thank you for their recent help.

Elsewhere, Joe’s plan comes together.

SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Sienna surprises Joel with a present of rosary beads, making him feel guilty because he is lying to her about where he is going next.

As Joel prepares to meet Connor with the money, he bumps into Cleo who tries to convince him not to get involved. However, Joel doesn’t listen and is left beaten up with no money and no information. Later, as Joel pledges his love for Cleo, he’s unaware that Sienna is listening to everything.

Elsewhere, Leela learns that Tegan has brain damage; Grace is angry with Glenn for trying to coercive her into shagging Jay.

Hollyoaks, Monday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
