Pick of the Plots: Wednesday August 15th
The latest goings on in Coronation Street, Emmerdale, and Hollyoaks.
Peter overhears Carla talking about buying the factory and tells Alya that he’s Carla’s investor and the money will be with her today. Carla decides she should accept Peter’s offer but tells Michelle she will keep him at arm’s length. After Carla and Peter survey their empire, Carla becomes emotional about Aidan.
Meanwhile, Sally is furious that Barlow Legal Services are representing Duncan and makes her feelings clear to Adam. Sally and Tim decide to stake out Duncan’s house to speak to his daughter but Duncan approaches the car and starts to goad Tim. Later, Tim is stunned when the police knock at the door and arrest him. Tim returns from the police station having been let off with a caution but he has a shocking admission for Sally.
Elsewhere, Sean’s circumstances remain dire and Eileen’s suspicions are piqued; Jude assures Angie they can overcome their problems; and Sarah convinces Gary that she’s happy to work for free as his office manager.

Faith desperately tries to talk some sense into Sarah, elsewhere Chas suggests to Paddy they talk to Joanne, a woman who’s been through a similar pregnancy to theirs.
Meanwhile, Megan offers to pay for the vintage sports car that Frank wants to buy from Ross.
Also today, Maya tries to make amends with Jacob.

Liberty is cold with Milo following their kiss, his imagination starts to run wild as he thinks Cindy has said something to Liberty to put her off him. Just as she is she about to tell him how she really feels her cousin Dennis arrives. Milo starts to feel jealous of Liberty and Dennis’s relationship.
Meanwhile, Cindy wants to watch the camcorder recording Dirk made for Holly before her wedding. As Milo prepares it he realises the conversation between him and Dirk revealing he killed The Cunningham’s has been recorded!
Cindy takes the camcorder before Milo manages to delete it so she can keep it safe for the funeral tomorrow.
