Henry watches Rita put a cheque for £15k in a draw, from an annuity that has matured. In the street he is accosted by two heavies who insist he repays Cressida’s family £20k for the wedding. Back at the flat he rifles through the drawer; will he steal the cheque? Later, under more pressure Henry contemplates stealing from the Rovers till but is thwarted by an oblivious Johnny.
Meanwhile, Johnny and Jenny refuse to allow anyone to have a preview of the Rovers before the relaunch. Once entry is permitted, the regulars are amazed at what they find inside. Liz looks on forlornly as Johnny and Jenny pose for the photographer. Later, Johnny sends Henry to the cellar to change a barrel. But a scream is heard and Henry is discovered with a broken arm, he’s seeking compo.
Elsewhere Gail, disapproving of Audrey and Lewis’ reunion stages an intervention by having her mum locked in the salon, however Audrey holds firm; Sean gets his job back at the factory but is upset when he and Billy fail to find Carol after she leaves hospital; Maria invites Emma to move into her spare room; and Dev cools things with Gina.

With Ian behaving petulantly, Kathy decides to play him at his own game and eventually gets him to talk to her. Realising the extent of her son’s upset, Kathy is left to make a decision about her future.
Meanwhile, Karen starts planning how to spend Bernadette’s money but with Bernadette having none of it, Karen jumps at the chance to get in Ted’s good books herself and agrees to support Bernadette at her chess match. As the match gets underway, Karen and Keegan notice several missed calls from Ted on Bernadette’s phone and realise something is wrong.
Elsewhere, Whitney forbids Tiffany from seeing Jagger due to his age, but Tiffany meets up with him in secret; Carmel wonders what Kush is hiding; and Honey is excited for her date with the dentist but lies to Billy about where she’s going.

Determined to stop her dad going to Thailand, Nicola sets her plan into motion as she produces Misty’s tarot cards and asks her for a reading. However, Bernice soon admits that they tampered with the cards.

Ellie is reluctant to visit her ‘murderer’ brother but Harry persuades her to go with him. When they arrive, it’s all too much for Ellie, James is furious that Harry brought his sister in to that environment and sends him away. Later, Ste and Harry row after Ste finds out where Harry has been. Ste is dumbstruck to find out Kyle is alive and that Harry is still a prostitute.
Meanwhile, Romeo is trying his best to impress Lily, reciting poetry while in the hot tub. Prince has managed to book DJ James Hype for the final rave, but they need to find two thousand pounds by the end of the day. They head to The Dog to try and persuade Ellie into hiring them as cleaners.
Elsewhere, Yazz sneaks Imran some anti-anxiety medication to help his anger issues; Imran is trying to make it up to Brooke after their disastrous date, after wooing her with a black and white photography exhibition they kiss.
