The latest goings on in Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors.

SoapWeek: Corrie

As Sally prepares for her trial, Paula isn’t happy about her antics with Abi and warns her that she may have to tell the prosecution. Sally takes the stand and protests her innocence telling the judge and jury that she never had an affair, never stole any money and loves her husband dearly. Later, after a not very helpful contribution from Gina on the stand, the prosecution sum up their case describing Sally as morally corrupt and indisputably guilty, while Paula does her best to show that Sally was innocently taken in by Duncan’s devious lies. Who will the jury believe?

Meanwhile, Mary and Angie attend a mortuary to identify a body fitting Jude’s description, desperately hoping that it is not him.

Elsewhere, Cathy is concerned about the pressure Phil is putting on Brian; Rita twists her ankle outside the Rovers and installs Cathy in the Kabin whilst she recuperates at the Rovers with Jenny; Jenny is suspicious of Johnny and Liz; Kate and Rana are shocked to discover the first lot of IVF will set them back £3500, Kate is thrilled when Johnny offers to pay but is Rana?

SoapWeek: EastEnders

Feeling the pressure of learning the knowledge, Kat decides to visit Charlie’s old cabbie tea hut for inspiration. She encounters Tony, an ex-cabbie, with whom she gets off on the wrong foot until he finds out her heritage. The pair head to a pub once frequented by Charlie where they bump into another of his old acquaintances, Maurice, whose attitude perturbs Kat.

Later, Kat confronts Maurice who drops a shocking bombshell. Distraught, Kat makes a sharp exit but as she drives onto The Square, she hits an elderly man and falls off her moped, leaving her unconscious.

Meanwhile, Ruby receives an update on her case and shares the news with Martin – Ross and Matt have both been charged. Later, whilst talking to Jay, Ruby sees the Gazette’s front page reporting about the rape and although she isn’t named, she panics and rushes home. Ruby is hurt to find comments online doubting her version of events.

Elsewhere, Mel meets jeweller, Lou, who shows her a glass replica of her ring. Mel seeks Jack’s advice and later contacts Ray’s other wise Maddie, under the pretence of starting personal training sessions with her.

EastEnders, Monday at 8pm on BBC One.


SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Frank and Clive put their plan into action and load the forged painting into Megan’s car. Leyla announces that she will be their getaway driver but she’s soon left furious when she realises Clive is wanting to stitch Frank up and flee the country.

As Marlon and April decorate the Christmas tree, April talks about love. This sparks an idea in Marlon’s head and he surprises a returning Jessie with fairy lights spelling out “I love you”. The gesture throws Jessie and she leaves in a rush, winding Marlon.

Elsewhere, Gabby and Leanna plot to break Liam and Bernice up; Pollard comforts Rodney, who has been sacked by Tracy, but Faith is annoyed to see the pair bonding.

Emmerdale, Monday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.


SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

It’s the day of Tegan’s funeral, but Ste is furious when he receives a letter stating there is no evidence to support Misbah’s manslaughter charge. He protests outside the hospital during Misbah’s plea hearing, rather than go to the funeral but Tony talks some sense into him. Leela decides that life is unexpected, and not wanting to take any second for granted, she proposes to Louis.

Meanwhile, Imran catches Yazz with the recording of his confession, which she was about to take to Misbah’s tribunal, and turns on her. Later, whilst Tegan’s wake is taking place at the The Hutch, Misbah turns up for a drink to celebrate. Ste is furious and throws wine over her.

Elsewhere, Tom makes his move on Harley; Mac agrees to let Donna Marie stay in Cindy’s house if she lies to Romeo that James has known about him all along.

Hollyoaks, Monday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.


Doctors Pick of the Plots logo

A long-time patient of Heston’s arrives at The Mill to express her condolences and mentions some charitable work Heston secretly carried out under the name of an obscure composer. Later Ruhma and Valerie wonder about doing something that might make Heston a part of the Mill forever. Valerie suggests a statue but Ruhma thinks a bench could be more fitting.

Later, Ali talks to Ruhma – she feels like she got a sign from Heston today and is ready to make a big decision about her future. Meanwhile, back at the Mill, Mrs Tembe’s reaction to the memorial bench leaves everyone shocked.

Elsewhere, Zara and Daniel have a meeting at Izzie’s new school as she is having some issues settling in. Later, Zara is taken aback when Izzie has a outburst.

Doctors, Monday at 1.45pm on BBC One.
