SoapWeek: Corrie

In Carla’s absence, Michelle assures everyone that Carla couldn’t have known about the state of the roof as she would never have put lives at risk. As people ruminate as to whether she orchestrated the factory collapse herself so she could claim on the insurance, Wayne continues his investigations. It becomes clear that Sally and Gina being on the roof didn’t make a difference, and with Carla’s continued absence being a possible sign of guilt, certain people are on the warpath.

Meanwhile, Jan and Anton visit Gary to offer him some work on a new housing build. As Gary celebrates in the Rovers, Seb is gutted to discover it’s the same site where he has been offered a job. When Gary discovers that his van has been vandalised and his tools are gone, Sarah suspects Seb but Gary, for some reason, is keen not to involve the police. At the same time, Seb insinuates that Gary and Jan are cowboy builders and most likely responsible for the factory collapse.

Elsewhere, Daniel’s happy to finally bring Sinead and baby Bertie home from hospital; Robert realises Ryan is spying on him and gives him the sack, before telling Billy that he he’s now got a vacancy for one of his young offenders.

SoapWeek: EastEnders

Sharon demands answers from Phil and after insisting Kathy leaves, she asks him to keep Keanu away from Louise. Frustrated, Kathy corners Keanu and although he keeps his cards close to his chest, she realises he’s protecting Louise. Not letting the matter rest, Kathy later tries again to get through to Phil.

Meanwhile, Mitch relishes in the success of his pop-up but a customer, Gray, soon arrives and after taking a liking to Chantelle, leaves her a generous tip. At The Vic, Patrick reveals who has secured his investment.

Elsewhere, Billy is grateful when Adam gets him out of a tight spot at Walford East. Later, believing they’re alone, Habiba makes a move on Adam…

Vanessa and Charity make amends as the Mike saga comes to a head.

Meanwhile, Laurel is furious with Arthur, and Billy finds a new lease of life.

SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Maxine is hysterical, claiming to be getting worse on a daily basis, but Damon is determined to help. Damon talks to Misbah, but his emotions take over and he starts shouting.

Meanwhile, Sinead tries to hide her jealousy when she finds out that Laurie is going on a school camping trip with Sienna. But Sinead can’t keep a lid on her emotions for long and she soon confronts the pair as they grab a coffee. Sienna is confused, Laurie hadn’t even told her about the camping trip.

Elsewhere, Liberty wants her and Sami to have dinner with Sienna and Brody, but when Sienna can’t come, she suggests Sinead take her place. When Sami lets it slip that Sinead is his ex, Liberty insists that she is fine but secretly might be jealous.

Hollyoaks, Friday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.

Becky suggests that Mikey’s parents should change practice due to a conflict of interest. Zara agrees, but Karen isn’t happy. Emma gets dragged in and it all gets very tense, she doesn’t want to get involved.

Meanwhile, Emma some spends some time with Mikey, and Zara isn’t happy when he finds his way into the nurses room whilst her back is turned. Karen thinks Emma could speak up at the hearing, she’s now seen what Mikey is like. Zara argues against it, and Emma says she should know what it’s like. Zara confronts her, thinking she was talking about Izzie, and not-so-pretty argument takes place.

Later, Zara to call Daniel to ask if she could have Joe for Mother’s Day, having earlier declined.

Doctors, Friday at 1.45pm on BBC One.
