SoapWeek: Corrie

The police tell Peter and Ken that Carla used her bank card to withdraw money from a cash machine on the estate and was seen near the squat. Peter returns to the squat and gets heavy with one of the squatters. He’s dragged away by Johnny who leaves his phone number there. With Peter in deep despair, Simon intervenes. 

Meanwhile, Chesney insists that Gemma, who’s feeling faint, goes to the medical centre. Dr Gaddas confirms that Gemma is 9-10 weeks pregnant and assures her she’ll make a great mum. Rita’s thrilled when Gemma decides to keep the baby.

Elsewhere, Nick meets up with Helen, the loss adjuster, who explains that they’re not in a position to make any decision regarding a pay-out. Nick’s frustrated whilst Toyah remains deeply suspicious.

Also, Eileen teases Seb about Alina, Seb’s coy whilst Jan masks his unease. As he spends more time with Alina, Seb opens up to her about his HIV. Alina takes the news well. Having surreptitiously pocketed some biscuits, Alina heads back to work. Meanwhile, Jan cycles into Mary and injures her wrist. Eileen’s jealous as Moira flirts with Jan.

SoapWeek: EastEnders

Jean takes her frustration at not hearing from Sean out on Stacey. Later, Jean and Stacey are attending an appointment at the hospital when Jean’s frequent mentioning of Sean proves too much for Stacey who snaps, revealing she spoke to Sean and he knows everything. As tensions reach breaking point, Jean heads into her appointment as Stacey leaves to collect the kids from school. However, unbeknownst to them both, Sean’s back…

Meanwhile, Billy gives Lola a good luck card for her first day at work with Ruby, but when Ruby sees it’s from Jay also, she’s instantly jealous and gives Lola a tough time. During a meeting Ruby is annoyed when Lola bonds with her client and once alone doesn’t hold back putting Lola in her place. After a pep talk from Billy, Lola heads to Ruby‘s flat to do another task.

Elsewhere, Adam is determined to get his own place with Honey and the kids and decides to rent one of Jack’s flats. Adam’s decision leaves Honey stunned and Habiba jealous.

Also, Keegan offers Bailey reassurance; Karen opens up to Mitch about her issues with Chantelle; and Iqra and Habiba are relieved when it doesn’t look like their grandparents will be back soon after all.

Meanwhile, Stuart confesses to Ste that the lads did beat Shahid up the other week, but lies that Shahid was part of a gang who were goading them. Stuart tells Ste they need to send them a message. They manage to get Ste on board and he calls the same takeaway. Shahid’s brother, Amir turns up…

Elsewhere, Mercedes books grief-stricken Prince a hair appointment. At the salon, Liam is standing in for Jesse. Mercedes and Goldie warn him to stay away from Prince.
