The latest goings on in River City, Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors.

SoapWeek: River City

Joe tightens his control over Ruby as they consummate their relationship, narrowly avoiding detection by Caitlin. Alex’s return sees Lenny’s hackles up as he begins tracking down Annie and his son, and Eve establishes her role as new doctor.

River City, Monday at 10pm on BBC Scotland, repeated Tuesday at 8pm on BBC One Scotland.


SoapWeek: Corrie

With it appearing that Nick was involved in an insurance scam, Gary is quick to remind everyone that he had the health & safety report in his bag. Sarah washes her hands of Nick while Gary tells Sarah that he will deal with the passports she took from Rick’s office. Later, Sarah is struggling to pay the girls their wages and is shocked when Gary tells her he sold everyone their passports back and hands her the proceeds. Sarah has no option but to accept. 

Meanwhile, Nick puts David under pressure to accept the deal he offered him. Later, the police tell David that Nick has pointed the finger of suspicion at him – but having already signed the transfer deed for the barbers David decides the police need to know it was Nick’s doing. How will Nick react to finding out that he has been double-crossed?

Elsewhere, Peter tells Roy and Ken that Carla’s being moved to Carlisle and he’s going with her. Dev makes plans to go to India to see a dying uncle.

Coronation Street, Monday at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV, STV and UTV.


SoapWeek: EastEnders

After deterring Kush from going for joint custody, Kat enlists Stacey’s help to prepare a meal to sort Kush and Martin’s feud. However, when Kat lets slip that Kush has been pondering his rights to Arthur, Stacey is livid. All hell soon breaks loose and Kat is crushed when Stacey disowns her.

Meanwhile, Sonia and Martin try to talk to Bex but are distracted by the returns of Robbie and Sami. As Robbie hands out gifts, Nita sends him a text telling him to enjoy their week together. Robbie looks guilty – what is he hiding? With things tense at Dot’s, Kush offers Robbie and Sami his spare room.

Elsewhere, Louise insists to Phil that she’s keeping her baby; Mick enters a competition to win tickets to a Spice Girls Concert – unaware that what’s really playing on Linda’s mind is Ollie’s behaviour.

Also, Jack reassures Denise he isn’t interested in Mel.

EastEnders, Monday at 8pm on BBC One.


SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Whilst Kim is out riding her horse on a country road, a car speeds by and causes the horse to bolt. Kim spots the driver of the car and lets rip at her. She is floored to learn that the driver is son Jamie’s secret wife, Andrea and young daughter, Millie. 

Meanwhile, at the factory, the spark between Jai and Laurel is still evident.

Elsewhere, Robert and Victoria return to the village; Dawn is hopeful for the future.

Emmerdale, Monday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.


SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Harry bumps into Sadie and realises she hasn’t gone to the police yet. She needs a place to stay and he takes her back to James’ flat. Soon, James arrives home. Sadie hides but as Harry admits to James he was with an ex on the night of Grace’s accident, she reveals herself and that she’s pregnant with Harry’s baby.

Meanwhile, Leela breaks the news to Misbah and her family that their neighbours are involved in a far-right extremist organisation. Prevent pay Ste a visit but with Jonny on the scene they don’t get very far.

Elsewhere, Darren accuses Kyle of stealing from the restaurant and sacks him; Mitchell wants to prove to Cleo he can surprise her without Joel’s help.

Hollyoaks, Monday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.


Doctors Pick of the Plots logo

Zara and Emma are aghast to learn that the temporary practice manager is Su Turtle from a training course they’d rather forget. It’s not long before Su is driving Emma up the wall while Daniel, who hasn’t met her before, feels that Su is cold-shouldering him. Su later admits to Zara that this is the case; she knows Daniel’s type.

Su opens up to Zara about her ex who is playing twisted games with her. Later, Emma is relieved to get away from Su, but when her latest HomeBnB guest calls, she can’t believe who it is.

Elsewhere, Shak tells Ruhma that he is doing a summer work placement with the police. Ruhma tries to deter him.

Doctors, Monday at 1.45pm on BBC One.
