Jane from Radio Weatherfield interviews Gemma and Chesney about their quadruplets. In The Rovers, everyone gathers round to listen. As the customers make cash donations towards the babies’ futures, Chesney tells Gemma he wants to try again. Gemma’s mum, Bernie, interrupts the moment and reveals that she is being made homeless.
Chesney puts his foot down when Gemma offers her mum the cash from the charity collection, whilst Paul warns Gemma that their mum being around will only end in tears. Later, Chesney apologises to Gemma for being so hard on her mum who he offers to give up his bed for, but as Chesney prepares to sleep on the sofa, he is horrified when Bernie suggests they could share a bed.
Meanwhile, Kevin has concerns about Sophie and Paula’s relationship, however tells Paula that she is welcome to stay at No.3 as she makes Sophie happy. A passer-by steals Kevin’s keys from his pocket.
Elsewhere, Alya and Ryan dupe Maria and Ali into having lunch with each other at Speed Daal. An overprotective Michelle offends Maria, but Maria assures Michelle that Ali is too young for her anyway. Having overheard, Ali’s gutted and Maria’s mortified.
Also, Steve and Tim are intrigued to see Robert in a pub garden with Vicky; Tracy is livid when Adam lets slip that Steve got his licence back a while ago; and Kirk begs Aggie to take a look at the rash on his arse.

Sienna tries on a blonde wig to make herself look like Nina’s passport photo. When Brody catches Sienna holding a teddy, she tells him that she wants a baby with him. However, Sienna later confides in Liberty that she can’t give Brody the life he deserves and asks her to help get her twins back.
Meanwhile, Tony is worried about Harry’s whereabouts, while James keeps refreshing the tracking app on his phone, but it’s still saying that Harry is in The Dog carpark. He throws the phone across the room and Marnie warns him not to become like Mac. Later, Tony gets a text from Harry, saying he’s arrived safely in France. However, Diane casts doubt on the message’s legitimacy.
Elsewhere, Sadie says goodbye and leaves with Isaac. Diane tells Breda that Laurie has decided to plead guilty, meaning there won’t be a trial. Tom’s strict approach to Tom’s Turtles annoys Prince.
