Stuart is relieved that Ben and Callum’s date was a wash out, but his mood changes when Jonno arrives back in Walford. Despite being warned to leave by his eldest, Jonno spots Callum and things escalate between father and son. Meanwhile, after discovering that Stuart meddled with his date, Callum tries to explain to Ben but he doesn’t want to know.
Later, Lola offers Callum some advice, spurring him on to seek Ben out in The Vic and declare that he wants another date. They’re interrupted by Jonno who has heard that the wedding was cancelled, but rather than keep up the pretence any longer, Callum comes clean to his father. As things start to get out of hand, Callum finds support from an unlikely source when Phil swoops in and punches Jonno, issuing a stern warning.
Meanwhile, Lisa is concerned about Bex. She quizzes Louise and unsatisfied with her response, later speaks to Sonia. Bex continues to struggle at the thought of leaving Walford and reminisces about Shakil.
Also, Jack feels out of his depth on his first day back with the police and grows frustrated with Denise obsessing over Sheree and Patrick. Ben continues with his dodgy money lending scheme and is intrigued when his friend ‘Tubbs’ reveals they have a new ‘customer’ on the Square. Jean suggests that Daniel make a bucket list.

Derek is dead from salmonella poisoning and the villagers are shocked. Sam is horrified when Zak says his chickens may be the cause of the salmonella.
Meanwhile, Jai is stunned by a betrayal.

Sylver urges Breda to open up, however, she covers by lying about a new boy she’s looking after and convinces Sylver to give her some alone time so that she can come up with a plan of action. At the Pig Farm, Breda catches Tony mid escape attempt and he ends up back in the cage. As Tony begs Breda, from one parent to another, she decides to take him to Harry’s final resting place tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Courtney, Grace and Liam agree that Jesse should adopt Iona. However, Jesse bolts for the door when talk turns to him and Courtney getting married.
Elsewhere, in response to Scott’s ultimatum, Mitchell chooses Cleo and asks her to move in with him. As they reminisce about their business partnership, Luke asks Darren to buy him out of The Hutch. Keen for Luke to stick around, Cindy decides to give him the money to set up his own restaurant in the old florist.

Valerie is bereft at the death of her pussy… The team have mixed reactions to Valerie’s cause with Al dismissing the whole carnival of grief as beyond ridiculous but when he realises that Valerie has overheard his less than supportive sentiments, he feels guilty that he has hurt his friend in her time of need.
Meanwhile, Emma is back from her yoga retreat and is feeling very relaxed. Zara is feeling quite the opposite and when Emma probes what the matter is, she vents about Becky.
Emma assures Zara that she will always be Joe’s mother and that perhaps she’s overreacting. As Zara continues to vent, Emma cautions her to steady her resolve.
