SoapWeek: Corrie

As a riot breaks out in the prison, David retreats to his cell. Abe drags a terrified Josh into David’s cell and handing David the scissors, tells him to do his worst. With help from Abe and Tez, David drags Josh to the top of the staircase.

Meanwhile, Max visits Shona and admits that he is worried about Marion’s plan. Adam calls a meeting with Shona, Sarah and Marion in the hope to resolve their issues. Later, the family watch in horror as the prison riot unfolds on the news. David rings Shona to tell her that that Josh has been stabbed and she needs to find him a lawyer. Has David attacked Josh? 

Elsewhere, Daniel leaves Sinead with the palliative care nurse whilst he pops out for some milk. He is taken aback to clock Kirk, Beth and Craig in festive jumpers. Daniel insists that Sinead is far too ill for their surprise Christmas but having followed Daniel out Sinead insists it’s the best idea ever. Despite her obvious pain, Sinead’s determined to enjoy herself but Daniel’s over protectiveness causes some friction. 

Later, Bethany finds Daniel sobbing in the ginnel. Daniel breaks down in Bethany’s arms, wishing he could change the circumstances. Bethany embraces him. Ken sees and angrily orders Daniel to go home to his dying wife whilst Bethany heads off in tears.

SoapWeek: EastEnders

Chantelle is pleased when Denise asks her to cover at the salon, but Gray isn’t happy when he sees there as he pursues a thief from the market. Later, Chantelle arrives at The Vic and is surprised to see everyone there. As Gray announces their news, it’s clear he’s angry at her for lying.

Meanwhile, Martin feels the pressure to keep his work with Ben a secret. He confides in Kush about his predicament leading Kush to demand they confront Ben. With Ben not backing down, Martin comes up with a plan…

Elsewhere, Louise and Keanu are stunned when Lisa reveals her plan for them to move to Portugal. Louise is more receptive to the idea than Keanu is. Lisa is hurt when she overhears Louise refer to Mel as being like a ‘second mother’ to her.

Also, Jean receives a mystery parcel.

EastEnders, Monday at 8pm on BBC One.


SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Faith prays for guidance, before heading to tell Cain how she believes Moira is having an affair with Pete.

Nate is pleased when Cain suggests that he and Moira should attend the agricultural show together. Later, an oblivious Pete heads up to the farm and walks into Cain’s trap, getting knocked unconscious.

A tied-up, bleeding and panic-stricken Pete tries to reason with Cain before finally revealing that it’s Nate, not him, who Moira is having an affair with.

Emmerdale, Monday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.


SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Liberty is devastated after losing the baby and feels that she’s let Brody and Sienna down. Sienna doesn’t think that she deserves to be a mother after losing four children already, but Brody wants to keep trying with their last embryo. However, Liberty says she can’t be their surrogate anymore.

Meanwhile, Luke tries to convince Ollie that he’s making the wrong decision giving his baby up for adoption. He further expresses his reservations when he turns up at the adoption meeting. Later, Ollie asks Brody to adopt the baby.

Elsewhere, the police tell Diane that Harry’s body is ready to be released but they don’t have any new information on who killed him. Breda shares her guilt with Tony, but he has no sympathy for her. When Goldie calls, Breda tells her she has a viewing at the farm, however Goldie later finds out that the farm isn’t even on the market.

Also, Diane is stunned when Tony’s dad, Edward turns up out of the blue. She sends him packing.

Hollyoaks, Monday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.


Doctors Pick of the Plots logo

Imogen and Sid agree to end their relationship as things haven’t been the same since the lump. Imogen finals tells Karen about her health scare.

Meanwhile, Zara is at the hospital for one of her patients who is undergoing facial surgery. She meets a guy, Adam, by the coffee machine and it’s clear there’s a spark between them.

Elsewhere, Becky is offered a job in Worcester. Daniel tells her that Izzie wants to come and visit and Becky is excited to meet her. Becky tells everyone about the job offer and that she is turning it down, but Emma warns her about Izzie.

Also, Valerie does some investigating and discovers that The Icon has gone for good.
