Savour the health-conscious mocktail “Kakatoo” for those looking to go alcohol-free. You are in for a surprise!

The Luscious “A Day at the Beach”: Transport yourself to the sandy shores with “A Day at the Beach!” This delightful cocktail combines the smooth notes of Amaretto Disaronno and island coconut-infused rum, perfectly complemented by the freshness of orange juice. The homemade pomegranate shrub adds a touch of tangy sweetness, creating a tropical symphony of flavors. Served over ice in a Poco Grande glass, garnished with a dried orange slice, this cocktail is a must-try for beach and sun seekers.

Ingredients (serves 1): Method:
  • 30 ml Amaretto Disaronno
  • 30 ml Island coconut-infused rum. ​ ​ ​
  • 50 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 15 ml Homemade pomegranate shrub

 

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice. Pour into the Poco Grande glass over ice and garnish with a dried orange slice.

 

The Exhilarating “Bird of Paradise”: For those who love a vibrant and fruity pick-me-up, the “Bird of Paradise” cocktail has a sensational flavour profile that turns heads. A harmonious blend of vodka, pineapple juice, coconut purée, grenadine, and fresh lime juice, this cocktail is a burst of exotic flavours. Ingredients (serves 1): Method:
  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 50 ml Pineapple juice
  • 25 ml Coconut purée
  • 10 ml Grenadine
  • 10 ml fresh lime juice
Shake all the ingredients with ice and pour into a long glass garnish with pineapple ponds.

  • 30ml espresso
  • Shaken with ice
  • Strained and served in a martini glass
  • Garnished with 3 coffee beans
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

 

Mocktail Special – “Kakatoo” : Infused with the essence of blueberry and the delicate aroma of jasmine tea, this drink offers a harmonious blend of flavors, a gentle self-care elixir.   • 60ml Jasmine Tea
  • 20ml Orange Juice
  • 30ml Soda
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • Blueberries for garnish
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well with ice and serve on your choice of glassware
