S4C follows Joe Allen as he prepares to retire from professional football

Following Joe Allen’s recent announcement that he is stepping back from international football, an exclusive programme will follow his personal journey towards retirement on S4C on 5 June.

Joe Allen: Y Chwiban Olaf will show Joe’s final months playing internationally and celebrate his glittering career for Wales. The documentary will be broadcast ahead of Wales’ international matches on S4C on 5 June at 9 pm on S4C, Clic and iPlayer.

The programme will follow Joe throughout his last season of professional football with Swansea and coming out of retirement for Wales.
