SoapWorld takes a look at the latest goings on in River City, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors this Tuesday.

SoapWeek: River City

With Jimmy’s debts paid off, Scarlett decides to call time on her weed operations with Pete but must act sharpish before Caitlin blows the whistle. However, she soon has a change of heart, convincing herself that it is an harmless means to end. However, to make it work she’s going to need to get Caitlin to back off and enlist the backing of a big time player – Lenny.

Robbie and Gary attempt to improve things between them by exploring the prospect of an open relationship. Their idea gathers pace when handsome newcomer Louie arrives in Shieldinch looking for a mechanic’s job at Montego Motors.

Elsewhere, Drew gets word he’s been selected for a football academy in the States and decides to spend as much time as possible with girlfriend Jules before he goes. However, feeling snubbed, Frankie has seduction in mind…

River City, Tuesday at 8pm on BBC One Scotland.


SoapWeek: EastEnders

Sharon is worried when it transpires that Phil has been in touch with Tony’s widow again who soon pays the Mitchell’s a visit. Phil later visits The Arches to confront Ben about moving out. 

Elsewhere, it’s quiz night at The Vic but the evening doesn’t go according to plan when, despite Mick saying no, Tina lets Sylvie perform a song. Mick despairs some more when the roof starts leaking.

EastEnders, Tuesday at 7.30pm on BBC One. Repeated at 10pm on UKTV channel ‘W’.


SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Moira is furious that Ross has been keeping a stolen car in one of her barns, however his explanation appeases her. Later, when a meeting doesn’t go as she’d like, Moira makes off in a client’s car. Could her new found understanding of Ross prove beneficial?

Cain admits to Debbie that Kyle’s scared of him. As Zak, Lisa, Kerry and Dan struggle to talk to Kyle, Cain arrives and takes over, breaking the news about Joanie to his son.

Elsewhere, Rebecca makes an effort with Chrissie. Frank flirts with Charity but accepts Megan’s invite to go back to hers.

Emmerdale, Tuesday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.


SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Joel is desperate for Warren not to find out his secret, but is reluctant to steal the car that will help get the garage back on its feet. Joel’s caught out when Sienna overhears him and Shane making plans. Sienna tries to warn Warren but he doesn’t buy into her concerns. Later, Sienna agrees to cook dinner for the McQueen’s and finds Nico’s poisoned flowers to spike Shane.

Liam is floored by how emotional Grace is over Esther and tells Thorpe that he’s having second thoughts. Later, Grace burns with guilt when Liam tells her that Eva was pregnant. Meanwhile, Esther explodes with anger when she’s told that she can go home this week.

Elsewhere, Ryan tells Amy that he’s been suspended for interfering with Prince and Hunter’s case. Later, Ryan leaves for Canada under the impression that Amy doesn’t want anything to do with him, after Ste intercepts a voicemail.

Hollyoaks, Tuesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.


Doctors Pick of the Plots logo

Zara returns from Boston and is shocked to discover that Mrs Tembe has introduced a library at the Mill. Bren reappears, and it looks like she’s up to her old tricks again. Valerie covers for a fellow cancer victim, whose marriage is on the rocks.
