Aidan makes his intentions clear to Maria, destroying her secret mobile and then taking her back to the flat where they get fresh. However, as he fannies on with his tablet he fails to notice a message from Eva announcing her early return. Meanwhile, Eva is back and tells Leanne she might be up the duff. Later, Eva realises the truth about Aidan and Maria, but is stopped from confronting Maria by Liam’s presence. When Aidan sits Eva down to end things, Eva has a bombshell of her own…
Eileen spots Phelan getting into Nicola’s car and assumes the worst – he’s cheating. (He’s actually accompanying Nicola and Seb to an ex-offender’s talk in Liverpool). In Liverpool Phelan asks about Nicola’s parents, leaving her uncomfortable. Why is he digging?
Elsewhere, Michelle suggests she could buy Nick’s share of the bistro to Robert before catching up with her ex Will; Robert is rattled when Rich turns up; Daniel reveals he hasn’t made the grade for Oxford; and there remains a spark between Erica and Kevin.

It’s Patrick’s birthday, but he doesn’t want Denise going to any expense. However, she convinces him to go for a drink at the Vic. Meanwhile, Yolande arrives with some news for Derek. Before Yolande leaves, she drops by the Vic where the birthday celebrations are a flow. How will Patrick respond to seeing her? Across the Square, Dot goes arse over tit in her kitchen whilst preparing for Patrick’s birthday.
Elsewhere, Mick busies himself organising a party for Linda’s 40th; Carmel announces a part-time Market Enforcement Officer – Robbie.

Rhona’s upset when she hears the villagers waxing lyrical about Pierce. So she reveals the truth to them, leaving them reeling. On her return home, she runs a bath and is horrified to then see a message in the steamed up mirror. Who’s responsible? And who’s watching her from the graveyard?
When a guilty Pete reignites his passion with Leyla, Leyla’s quick to confide in Priya the depth of her feelings for him. Later, Pete bumps into an upset Priya and they end up arguing about what their liaison meant.

Warren and Sienna confront Cleo, after Myra’s advice for her to move on from Joel led to some embarrassing behaviour. Later, Cleo calls Joel and tells him she’s taken heroin. Joel hits Shane, believing him to be responsible, but when found Cleo admits she fibbed. Cleo bags Shane not to tell Warren about Katy.
Cindy decides to get a lodger to make some extra money. However, DS Armstrong is interested in Cindy’s ‘room 4 rent’ poster; could Cindy or Holly be his next victim?
Elsewhere, Hunter is upset by Neeta’s decision; Prince resurfaces, Lily wants him to stick around but he’s worried about Shane.

Mrs Tembe is frustrated when she can’t pin Heston and Ruhma down to discuss wedding business. Mrs Tembe presses Ruhma who confesses that she can’t make up her mind about the dress, and she had a strop and left the bridal shop. She is burying her head in the sand at the moment.
Ruhma goes to discuss a house sale and when she gets back she is further accosted by Mrs Tembe who has some dresses for her to choose, in a stress-free environment. This proves helpful and Ruhma finally decides on her outfit. However, Mrs Tembe is not keen on the ideas floating about for the hen night.
Elsewhere, Ayesha and her mother bond at a demonstration. Zara’s got a patient can’t take in bad news.
