According to Sky News, Michael Barrymore may be “bouncing back onto out TV screens” in a TV soap.
“Crossroads bosses are considering offering the troubles star the chance to book into Soaplands most famous motel – but only for a short stay. Nothing is confirmed at present, but other stars have been approached to make cameo appearances as guests.
Michael Barrymore’s personal problems recently saw him fall from grace, but now it seems ITV producer Yvon Grace wants to bring the former comedian back into the spotlight. He’s previously acted in a Granada TV sitcom and is of course best known for his LWT entertainment shows such as his own series Barrymore, My Kind of People and Thames gameshow Strike It Lucky!
