Nicola’s keeping an eye on Phelan, intrigued by his behaviour. Phelan makes out he’s working on a house conversion and is just disposing of an old mattress. However, Nicola’s concerned to see a gash on his head. Later, Nicola’s fussing takes its toll on Phelan who snaps at her.
Shona’s luck’s in when Bethany gives her a scratch card which wins £6k. Macca arrives on the street after hearing about her windfall and tells her that the money could help Clayton appeal. Shona seeks advice from Todd.
Elsewhere Norris is still worried but Mary’s thrilled when her family arrive and Jude agrees to walk her down the aisle; Fiz and Sinead are concerned about Chesney; Liz tells Sean she’s been emailing the person who scammed her.

As Phil attempts to offer an explanation, a livid Jay struggles to comprehend the revelation and as the anger builds, he soon comes to a furious head with Phil. With Jay questioning everything about his past, he soon realises the full extent of what Phil did.

Cleo begs Darren not to tell anyone she was on drugs. He meets Shane and tells him he doesn’t want to deal anymore, but Shane won’t let him go. After finding out about Cleo from Darren, Shane takes advantage and gives her more drugs. Joel finds out that Cleo’s taking heroin again and he and Darren decide to take Shane down together.
Elsewhere Mandy is distraught when social services intervene in Ella’s care; Farrah finds out that Scott hasn’t told Damon about him being his brother; Sienna tricks Warren into letting Kim move in to look after her.
