Eileen is thrilled when Phelan reveals that the insurance money has come through. Anna watches suspiciously as Phelan hands Billy a wad of cash for the church fund, then sets about giving all the people who lost money on the Calcutta flats £5,000 each by way of compensation.
Later, Anna lures Phelan to Number 13, telling him that she needs to know why he framed her for Seb’s accident. Smelling a rat, Phelan looks her in the eye and tells her they both know she pushed Seb off his ladder. With Phelan gone, Anna switches off the record setting on her phone, gutted that her plan went awry.
Elsewhere, Robert makes an expensive trip to the casino to forget his problems; Daniel pokes his nose into Billy’s business; Mary leaps to Angie’s defence.

Jay mentions Ben’s ‘Project Dagmar’ discovery to Lauren who later enquires about it to Joseph. He’s clueless. When Josh questions Luke on an upcoming project, he refuses to tell him, raising alarm bells for Lauren. Josh warns Lauren not to antagonise Luke, but Lauren decides to try and find out for herself and in doing so makes an alarming discovery…
Whitney feels patronised by Woody and uses her frustration to put Moose in his place. Meanwhile, Shirley and Joyce offer their support to Karen. Linda arranges a collection for Karen to raise the money she needs.

With Bernice’s co-operation, Jimmy sets up a rigged raffle as a sneaky way of getting Mrs Dumphrey’s winnings to her heir. Later, he’s about to announce the cash prize when Bernice dives in with an alternative inexpensive prize. What has prompted Bernice’s change of heart?
Bob’s mortified when he realises he’s forgotten Brenda’s birthday. Brenda’s saddened by his thoughtlessness as he promises to make it up to her.

Jack knows that Mac is keeping something from him and pushes for the truth. Mac later panics when he has to go to the hospital to see Alfie and leaves Jack’s unconscious body behind the sofa.
It’s good news for Alfie when the lump turns out to be a cyst. Mac drives into the woods and dumps Jack’s lifeless body, although it seems that Jack is still alive when his finger twitches…
Elsewhere, Esther is offered an opportunity to leave Hollyoaks; Luke is spiralling out of control; Myra is furious when Sally moots the idea of paying tribute to Neeta.

DI Stanton asks Rob to join him on a visit to the remand centre to see LaToya. The fact that he has her as a witness in the stabbing case is news to Rob. Rob says he needs to stay away from this investigation, but Stanton says he has cleared it with the Inspector.
LaToya tells Stanton she’s changed her mind about going to court. When she stands her ground against Stanton, he asks Rob to talk to her. Rob manages to get through to LaToya but feels uneasy about getting involved. Stanton says as far as he’s concerned, Rob never spoke to her.
