Doctors Pick of the Plots logo

It’s a team building day and Zara and Sid aren’t sharing in Ben’s enthusiasm when they find out the challenge is an escape room. Al, Jimmy and Emma are more game. Ayesha is particularly uncooperative about doing anything to help Emma which leads to friction. From the control room Ben shouts out, occasional advice and clues which Zara mocks because of his supermarket background: “clear up in aisle three please”.

Al expects this to be a doddle for his game/puzzle loving brain, but his arrogance means he’s not too good at all whilst Sid fares better. Later, the team get out of the room with moments to spare and pose for a photograph. Feeling his input has been inadequate, Al sulks.

Elsewhere, Heston shares his feelings with Ruhma.

Doctors, Thursday at 1.45pm on BBC One.
