Keanu is furious to learn Mitch spent the night with Karen and storms off to work, refusing to let Karen explain. At the Arches, Mitch is further snubbed by Keanu, so returns to the flat where he encourages Karen to tell Keanu the truth about his biological dad. She resolves to but doesn’t get very far. Karen opens up to Mitch instead; their conversation overheard by a shocked Keegan.
Meanwhile, Denise finds out that Patrick has been talking to someone on the internet who he used to date when they were younger and all these years later, they are still in love and want to get married.
Elsewhere, Kathy is concerned about Ian while Joyce has some worrying news for Patrick.

Vanessa panics she’ll be struck off because of the ketamine but Rhona blames Charity for distracting her. Later, the pair are relieved when the police decide to leave it in the RCV’s hands.

Nancy confronts Darren about him keeping his distance; Darren arranges a meal to make it up to her, however Nancy gets waylaid by a MS attack.
Meanwhile, Mandy is suspicious of Luke when he takes money from the till and lies so turns to Darren for advice. They share the romantic meal meant for him and Nancy, then go back to Mandy’s and Luke’s house. Luke returns home as Darren and Mandy are in bed, panicking Darren hides under the bed.
Elsewhere, Ollie finds out that his dad was raped from Imran; Misbah finds out about Sienna’s lies.

Becoming increasingly frustrated with his weak-performing computer, Heston smashes the monitor prompting a staff meeting. Sid admits he has been talking to his friend Toby, who lives in Johannesburg, about their problems; he is an IT expert. He reckons he could have a look and try to find out where the problem is coming from.
Later, Jimmi checks up on Sid who has been making notes on a flipchart. Having probed all of their internet habits, Sid reckons that Al clicking on a dodgy link caused the virus. Jimmi reminds Sid that the NHS inspection is next week – can he fix it in time?
Elsewhere, Jimmi discovers he is now a qualified counsellor; Ashley pushes Valerie for an answer to his proposal.
