Carla flirts with Peter and suggests that they could do with some evidence proving that Susie would be better off with Johnny. Peter shows Johnny the birth certificate. Meanwhile, Toyah tells Roy she asked Peter if he was getting back with Carla and he wouldn’t deny it.
Elsewhere, Kayla steals Craig’s keys, what has she got planned? Kevin continues to reel from Jack’s operation; Henry approaches Gemma to talk whilst Cathy tells Chesney she will help him win Gemma; and Maria has an offer for Emma.

Ian suggests he and Mel go for dinner to discuss business plans. When the time clashes with an important business meeting, Ian pretends to be sick forcing Masood to go alone. However Ian soon realises he’s been played when Mel and Jack drop Amy off – he’s babysitting so they can go on a date.

Meanwhile, the Cheshire Foodie arrives to review The Hutch, the critic is tough to please, but Luke wades in to help and makes her laugh much to Mandy’s relief. Just as Mandy starts to think they are a good team after all, she finds Luke drunk.
Darren is furious that Nancy wants to foster Brooke, and heads out to find an equally upset Mandy. At home while cooking the kid’s dinner, Nancy has an MS attack and collapses.
