SoapWeek: Corrie

When Eva discovers that Susie is missing she’s thrown into blind panic, suspecting first Toyah then Johnny. The police take Susie’s details and promise to do everything they can to trace her. Soon, Liz realises Johnny stole her keys to the pub, while Kate and Jenny are horrified to realise he hasn’t been taking his MS pills.

In a hotel room a weak Johnny struggles to feed Susie, as a bereft Eva makes a public appeal for her return. After receiving a call, Liz arrives to see Johnny who breaks down at the thought of losing his granddaughter.

Meanwhile, keen to make amends, Steve helps Abi and Seb who are frantically tidying the house before Eileen returns. Eileen arrives home to mayhem but is soon distracted by the news that Steve is engaged to Tracy. Eileen plots to save Steve from himself.

Elsewhere, Chesney’s about to confess his feelings to Gemma when Henry returns and gets there first; Daniel and Sinead gazump Brian and Cathy when premises for a shop become available; Angie and Jude attend marriage guidance.

SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Ellie is trying her best to make everything perfect for Alfie coming out of hospital. Alfie opens up to Yazz and unable to contain her feelings, Yazz kisses Alfie, who reciprocates.

Meanwhile, Luke desperately tries to make amends with Ollie and suggests a game of golf after school. Later, Buster convinces Ollie to help him raise money to take Dee Dee to Disneyland, missing golf with Luke who consoles himself with several pints in The Dog.

Elsewhere, Diane and Tony vow to put their foot down as Tegan threatens to tell Dee Dee that she is her biological mum.

Hollyoaks, Wednesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
