SoapWeek: Corrie

An emotional Liz presents Hannah with a necklace before heading to Katie’s grave where she breaks down. Steve and Tracy scour the internet for more information about ‘Hannah’ before telling Liz and Jim that she isn’t who she says she is. Steve wants to a DNA test of his own. Later, Jim asks a lawyer to meet with the family who confirms they’re looking at a big compensation pay-out.

Meanwhile, Leanne and Toyah are oblivious that they are both seeing the same man, with Leanne letting Toyah believe her office romance is with Adam. Later, Toyah lets slip to Adam that she knows what’s going on and Leanne her blessing. Adam tells Imran that Toyah’s cool with him seeing Leanne too!

Elsewhere, Sally steps in and tells Kevin she’s arranged him a date with Paula and Gina will have to go to the match with Tim instead; Kevin later goes on his date with Paula; Tyrone invites Evelyn to stay with him and Fiz as she is being evicted; Ryan remembers his Whip-coin password, however he logs in to disappointment.

Things get even worse for the Carters when Stuart, the only person who knows the truth takes a turn for the worse…

Rainie tracks Max down at the car lot and rushes him back to the house as the welfare officer is there. Keen to find out more about the quality of the home, the officer speaks to Amy and Ricky alone. After a successful meeting, Max tries to put things right with Rainie but she’s having none of it and Jack later catches her packing a bag – she can’t be here anymore. Jack tells Max what’s happening and encourages him to fight for her.

Elsewhere, Carmel realises there is more to Sophie’s visit – Bruno wants to see her and wants her to bring Carmel. Despite her initial doubts, a fired-up Carmel tells Kush what’s happening and goes with Sophie to confront Bruno at the prison.

Also, Sharon has an idea to help Keanu.

SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Ross invites Priya, Tracy and Jimmy, to a party at his house later. They are reluctant but Tracy reminds them Ross needs friends right now.

Later, Tracy and Priya are apprehensive as they arrive at Dale View and are greeted by a wired Ross and loud music playing. Feeling uncomfortable, it’s not long before Priya and Jimmy make an excuse to leave.

Tracy’s heart breaks for Ross when he opens up about Rebecca. Soon, a drug fuelled Ross leads Tracy to the scrapyard and encourages her to start smashing up a car.

Emmerdale, Friday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.

SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Russ is battling with what to do about Mercedes, who obviously isn’t a seral killer. Sylver offers him some advice, putting his own feelings for her aside.

Meanwhile, Alfie refuses to help undo what he has done, Ellie can stay in jail. James reluctantly enlists Sami’s help to try and find a loophole in Ellie’s case. Alfie believes everyone is turning against him when James and Marnie realise he hasn’t been taking his pills and confront him about it.

Hollyoaks, Friday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.

Daniel is annoyed to find Zara looking at Surrogates for hire online and when they get home the atmosphere is tense. As they prepare dinner they finally talk – Daniel thinks their life is perfect, why risk change?

Zara tries to explain her feelings; and brushes aside Daniel’s concerns about money and his previous experience of post-natal depression. Their heated debate results in Zara going off to bed in a huff.

Elsewhere, Leo takes Ayesha on a date with a difference.
