Pick of the Plots: Thursday November 1st
The latest goings on in EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors.
After giving birth alone, Hayley desperately calls out for help but begins to lose consciousness as her baby cries. At the Slater’s, Kat is convinced that Hayley doesn’t want to be found but Keanu arrives with the news that she left him a voicemail and really is in trouble. A frantic Keanu and Kat find the abandoned cab and the sound of a baby’s cry leads them to Hayley.
Meanwhile, Keegan starts to have doubts about his plan when he realises he has followed the wrong person. However, when the vandal goads him, Keegan is determined to find him. In the Vic, Carmel tells Denise she’s worried about Keegan and when the Taylors arrive without him, Carmel rushes to find him. Keegan approaches his target and a scuffle ensues.
Elsewhere, Martin’s night out ends badly; Billy self-medicates his injured tooth but later faints from the pain.
EastEnders, Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
Ross is gutted when Rebecca tells him they might be rushing things by moving away and suggests waiting a few months.
Dr Cavanagh leaves Bernice a note and some playful instructions and soon Bernice is thrilled to be sharing a romantic picnic with him at the cricket pavilion. Meanwhile Daz finds the instructions and assumes they are for him. Will he catch them together?
Elsewhere, as Laurel pushes Bob into finding a job, her unease doesn’t go unnoticed by Nicola.
Emmerdale, Thursday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.
Goldie demands a designer handbag from Russ, and cries to Mercedes about her new love rat.
After some persuasion by Sienna, Brody goes to the station and records his statement. He asks Sienna out to dinner afterwards. Later, whilst they are in bed, Brody has intense nightmares and pins Sienna down as he screams in her face.
Elsewhere, Brooke tries to cheer Ollie up; Darren and Mandy are going for a meal but Nancy throws a spanner in the works.
Hollyoaks, Thursday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
Ayesha is bemused when Ruhma mishears a patient but when she observes her having a go at Al following another case of mishearing, she calls Heston. Heston hadn’t noticed anything and tries to call Ruhma – she cancels the call but agrees to lunch with a concerned Ayesha. At the Icon Bar, after a big build up, Ruhma finally confesses that she is losing her hearing.
Meanwhile, Al and Jimmi both deny manipulating the Ouija board the previous evening while Valerie tries to understand why she was chosen to be the ghost’s conduit. Later, the Dinner Winner champion is announced.
