The wait is over – it’s the grand finale of Scotland’s Home of the Year 2025 this Monday. Interior designers Anna Campbell-Jones and Banjo Beale along with architect Danny Campbell must choose which abode will win the prestigious title.
In this last episode of the series, filmed at Glasgow’s iconic House For An Art Lover, the six finalists meet the judges for the first time and cast their eyes over each other’s homes. This year’s SHOTY search travelled the length and breadth of Scotland, showcasing a variety of home styles and deciding who will win the title are the SHOTY judges.
Interior designer Anna says: “I’m so excited for this year’s final. I really think all bets are off…any of the finalists could be the winner and I’m absolutely dying to get talking about them!”
Isle of Mull based interior designer, Banjo says: “I’ve no idea out of the six finalists who’s the winner…it’s such a tight race.”
Architect Danny Campbell adds: “The three of us have totally different styles and attitudes towards judging which should be Scotland’s Home of the Year but where we crossover is the most exciting point and that’s where the winner will be found.”
Faced with six unforgettable and unique homes, Anna, Banjo and Danny cast their votes based on architectural merit, distinctive design, original style and what makes a house a home. The homeowners then join them in the stunning Music Room as the judges make their final decision, revealing which house will be crowned Scotland’s Home of the Year 2025.
