Pick of the Plots: Tuesday 23rd April

Zack and Whitney send Britney to her first day of school. However, when Zack proposes enrolling Britney at the GP and informing them about her condition, Whitney lies and claims she has already taken care of it, afraid that the truth might come out.

Whitney attempts to convince Sonia to skip the necessary registration checks for Britney, but eventually realises she has no choice but to bring Keeley to the GP in order to complete the enrolment process.

Whitney misses a scan when Britney’s school call to inform her that her hearing aids aren’t working, leading to an argument with Zack.

Later, at a dinner party hosted by Sonia, Lauren pulls Whitney aside and tells her that she needs to tell Zack the truth or she will.

Meanwhile, Jay invites Nadine to No.29B to talk, but it’s not long before the pair start arguing when Jay questions the baby’s paternity. Nadine insists the baby is his, and after she reveals they are expecting a girl, Jay promises to be there for her and the baby and gives her money.

Elsewhere, Yolande is overcome with dread at attending prayer group and is further troubled after Pastor Clayton continues to invade her personal space.

Yolande returns home to a romantic evening Patrick has prepared but his loving advances are triggering and she rushes out leaving Patrick puzzled.
