Clara Amfo and Gok Wan MBE have been today confirmed as the host of this year’s award event while Dick and Dom are to host the red carpet feature and presenters including Nick Grimshaw, Greg James, Jane Moore, Melvin Odoom and Cherry Healey will be handing out gongs.
Recognised as the most prestigious event in the UK audio calendar, the ARIAS celebrates exceptional broadcasting talent, original storytelling and creative excellence across the entire audio industry.
The hosts taking the stage this year are iconic and award-winning broadcaster from BBC Radio 1 to the BAFTA’s to Glastonbury, Clara Amfo, plus beloved broadcaster, DJ and co-host of Magic Radio’s Breakfast Show, Gok Wan MBE. Hosting the red carpet will be the iconic and much-loved broadcasting and DJ duo Dick and Dom. Join them as they capture and interview the winners straight from the stage on the night.
They will be joined by a mix of award presenters including the likes of Nick Grimshaw, Melvin Odoom, Jane Moore and fellow ITV Loose Women, Greg James, Cherry Healey, Ken Bruce, Neev Spencer, Natalie Sawyer and more.
Now in its ninth year, the ARIAS has grown into a major industry moment that brings together talent from across the audio world. The event shines a spotlight on creative excellence across the sector and showcases the breadth and brilliance of UK audio. There are 21 awards to be won in categories including Best New Presenter, Best Music Breakfast Radio Show, UK Audio Brand of the Year and the popular Moment of the Year Award voted by the public in partnership with the Radio Times.
Nominees include Jools Holland, Scott Mills, Nadia Jae, Alexis Ffrench, Gemma Atkinson and Mike Toolan, Ruthie Henshall and many more.
