Fed up of being hounded by the press Gemma remarks that she wishes she could just get away for the day. Using Bernie as a decoy with a blanket over her head they get rid of the press and Chesney says they are going out for the day to Llandudno. As they take a ride in a cable car, Chesney seizes the opportunity and proposes but they’re both alarmed when Gemma goes into labour.
Meanwhile, Fiz takes a call from her Mum who reveals she’s had an accident and is in hospital. Jade offers to look after the girls while Fiz goes to see her. Fiz confides in Jade that she suspects Hope was responsible for the recent factory fire and that she doesn’t feel she can leave her at the moment but Jade assures her that everything will be okay. Later, Jade cooks a lovely meal for Tyrone and Evelyn before handing Tyrone a gift – a dart board.
Elsewhere, Shona tells Gail and Sarah that the money for the wedding venue is due today but there’s no guarantee David will be out of prison in time. Hearing that David has been charged with attempted murder, Shona begs Nick to bury the hatchet and help his brother.
Also, Yasmeen and an overly excited Geoff announce they’ve bought Zeedan’s share of Speed Daal. Alya remains sceptical.

Terry turns up on the Dingles’ doorstep, and Mandy and Vinny are left fearful for their lives.
Meanwhile, Kim admits to Jamie that she’s jealous over Graham and his mystery woman. When Jamie discovers it’s Rhona, he wants to tell Kim. Andrea panics, not wanting to upset Graham.

A tanked-up Luke overhears Woody saying that it’s too dangerous to move the crane so he jumps on board determined to build his restaurant himself if no one else will.
Tom, Darren and Walter have moved Breda’s car into the back road, unaware that Tony is in the boot. Tony starts to stir, but Nancy calls for Darren’s help as Luke turns the crane on. Darren and Nancy are alarmed to hear that Charlie and Ella were seen by Walter going underground.
Tom shouts at Cindy for causing this disaster as the fire service arrive headed up by Leela. Ella and Charlie find a way out but Darren and Nancy are still in the tunnels looking for them. Luke, meanwhile, is refusing to budge from the Hutch while Tony is still trapped in Breda’s car – his captor having been taken to hospital.
Also trapped are Mitchell and Anita who were in the florist together. At the hospital, Jack is with Breda while everyone is starting to congregate at The Dog for safety.

Becky and Daniel are buoyed up with happiness, and are making plans for the future. Becky enthuses to Ayesha how well everything is going, but whilst on the phone to a supplier she experiences a sudden pain.
