SoapWeek: Corrie

Peter lures Dev and Kirk to the snooker hall but when the pair spot an eerie skull in the dark room, they quickly retreat in terror. Content he has got his own back, Peter thanks Carla for her help in scaring them. Carla warns Peter that the snooker hall is a money pit and challenges him to a game of snooker, suggesting if she wins he pulls out of the sale. The chemistry still very much alive between them will the pair admit their feelings?

A saddened Rana watches Kate head off into town with Imogen and Imran and Toyah urge Rana to go after her. Tipsy, Rana confesses to Kate that she still loves her. As Gemma leads the countdown to midnight, will Kana reunite?

Elsewhere Lewis warns Gail that he’s had enough of her interfering, leaving her terrified.

It’s the day before Mel and Ray’s wedding and as she puts the final pieces of her plan into place, she grows concerned that Ray is getting suspicious and asks Shirley to distract him. After meeting with Maddie and Nicola to finalise things, Mel returns home where emotions get the better of her and she rants to herself about Ray. Realising that Hunter is there, Mel tries to cover.

Meanwhile, the Carters prepare for New Year’s Eve at the Vic but Mick isn’t much help and Linda realises he’s forgotten their anniversary. As the festivities get underway, Louise asks Bex to buy her alcohol and soon makes a show of herself in front of Keanu and Ray – accusing Ray of making a move on her. Hunter sees the commotion leaving him suspicious about his earlier conversation with his mum. As Louise stumbles home, Ray threatens Louise for her earlier outburst.

Elsewhere Tiffany tries to make it up to Bernadette after standing her up.

New Year’s Eve celebrations are in full flow but Matty is humiliated when a former boyfriend Isaac and his mates attack him outside the party.

Meanwhile, Harriet is keen to track down Dawn and Ryan lends his assistance by calling her up and pretending to be a punter. Back at the Woolpack, Charity is putting the finishing touches to a surprise party for Ryan’s birthday but she gives up on the gesture when he doesn’t show. Later, an emotional Charity tells Ryan that she wanted to make his first birthday that they would spend together special.

Elsewhere Tracy worries about her Pizza and Prosecco night; Belle receives an anonymous text.
