SoapWeek: Corrie

Nick takes a call from his financial advisor who explains he has some urgent news for Audrey – all the money from Archie has been stolen from her account. Audrey contacts the Police who show her CCTV footage of a woman drawing out cash. Later, Audrey sits alone on Maxine’s bench and breaks down in tears.

Meanwhile, Mary gets a lead on Jude and cajoles Roy into taking her to Blackpool where she tries to persuade Jude to come home. While Mary goes off to get some money for Jude’s B&B bill, Jude turns to his new girlfriend Kelly and makes out that Mary is one of his patients! Soon, Mary returns to the B&B with £800 but when Kelly refers to Jude as Dr Ken Barlow, Roy realises that Jude is up to his old tricks, but Mary gives Jude the benefit of the doubt and handing him the £800 tells him she’ll wait for him in the car.  

Elsewhere, Emma tries being more like Gemma to win Chesney’s affections; Gemma confronts Emma over a crank call; Billy talks Carla into giving Paul a job at the factory. Paul thanks Billy for his help and looks at him in a new light.

SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Leanna takes a morbid interest as Kerry starts to inject Bernice’s face with the Botox, but panic sets in when they realise Bernice is struggling to breathe. Bernice is rushed to A&E where a doctor explains that she has suffered an allergic reaction. Liam is furious at Kerry’s stupidity while Bernice’s family are shocked to hear that her face could be permanently paralysed.

Meanwhile, Moira is beside herself when she can’t get hold of Cain. Later, a bloodied and bruised Cain falls through the door.

Elsewhere, Charity pressures Vanessa to spill what she knows about Ryan; Harriet is impressed when Dawn reveals she’s going to a NA meeting and Pearl makes an admission about her past.

SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Harry returns to the village and quickly makes up with Zack, but he is also on a mission to make amends with James and win him back.

Meanwhile, Romeo wants to tell Alfie the truth about Cindy’s medication, so Mac furiously kicks Romeo out. Alfie and Yazz decide to set Romeo up on a date.

Hollyoaks, Wednesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
