Bristol set to host the 2024 UK Beatbox Championships

The 2024 UK Beatbox Championships is the most prestigious event in the UK Beatbox calendar and is set to make a triumphant return this week.

After a three-year hiatus post-pandemic, the eagerly awaited championships will once again grace the stage this time at Lost Horizon in Bristol, UK on the 2nd and 3rd of February 2024.

As the event enters its 15th year it will deliver an unforgettable experience for beatboxing enthusiasts from around the world. With the finals being live streamed in over 100 countries in previous years, the championships have truly become a global phenomenon.

The national event is now in its 15th year, UKBC will deliver 2 days of the best in the UK beatbox scene along with international and world champion judges and live performances to decorate these renowned battles and this highly skilled music genre. The event is not just for seasoned beatbox veterans, it also welcomes newcomers and those simply curious about the art form. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pro, this is an event that will captivate and inspire with ages 14+ welcome.

The battles will feature a range of categories including Solo, Team (2vs2), Looping, and the Under 18s. These high-octane, head-to-head competitions will push the boundaries of vocals, technology, and teamwork, leaving the audience in awe of the incredible skills on display. With prizes and support from Shure, Audix and Bristol’s own Mini Rigs, and top equipment to be won, as well as the sought-after UK title, this is one of the most exciting and fastest growing art forms worldwide.
