Emmerdale has paid tribute to the toddler who featured in the soap as Leo, the son of Marlon Dingle and Rhona Goskirk.
Harry Whittaker passed away last week (July, 1) and was honoured at the end of tonight’s 8.00pm episode with a photo accompanied by the message ‘For Harry, With Love’.
“Very sadly we can confirm Harry Whittaker’s passing last Tuesday 1st July. We will all miss him greatly and have offered our sincerest condolences to his family at this very sad time.” – Emmerdale Spokesperson
Mark Charnock, who plays Marlon, paid his own heartfelt tribute to the toddler on Twitter.
“Our superhero. We were lucky to know you and hear your laugh. You lit up our lives, dearest, loveliest Harry.” – Mark Charnock
The ITV Yorkshire saga introduced the character of Leo in 2011 with another little boy, Theo Tasker, also appearing as the tot.
